Hornady says it's time to stock up on ammo.

When is it not a good time to stock up on ammo? Seriously, you should be adding to the stack whenever you can, don't got broke doing it, but at least add a box a payday to your stack.
And don't forget to actually get out and shoot once in a while, all that ammo sitting in the safe won't do you any good if you can't use your gun effectively.
